Kyle Klingman clipped onto Critiquing the American Presidential Campaigns
It's always nice to get a different perspective on things. This was translated from a German news source.
Nicolas Nguyen If no candidate could come up with a plan to bring the traditional jobs back to America, they could say all they want. It doesn't mean anything to me. The article has a point.
Kristin Klingman Although I always vote, I am never excited for elections, except for 2008, which was distinct because people were hopeful for change. I don't think Obama and Romney are acting much different than presidential candidates in previous years. It becomes so much about bashing the other person that it's not even about politics anymore. It's just a popularity contest.
Nicolas Nguyen Pushing the other person down to win is just not an honorable way to win. You just sound like two kids fighting.
Kristin Klingman Exactly. It's just annoying. Especially all of the accusatory campaign ads that contradict each other. Who are you supposed to believe?
Nicolas Nguyen The voting system should be more like Digg. You could vote up as well as down. Some of these candidates would have negative numbers.
