As promised,"Gossip Girl" star Penn Badgley plays Jeff. The film premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival. Its cast also features British singer/songwriter Kate Nash and Anthrax's Frank Bello, playing Richard Hell. Yes, the trailer features Badgley as Buckley singing.
