Also, if you're short on ingredients or time, you can use your own or store bought pesto instead of the one they suggest (I used my mom's basil &olive oil pesto- worked great!)

This was absolutely delicious. However, I cooked the chicken 6 minutes on each side (the thighs were pretty thick). Also, keep the leftover flour mixture you used to dredge the thighs; add it to the sauce to thicken it up.

This is a insanely easy recipe and a tasty meal. I recommend that while it is simmering, use your cooking spoon and press the garlic down into the pan to release more juice- it really amps up the flavor!

This recipe is super flavorful and really healthy (only 380 calories per serving). Secret tip- you can use pepperoncini in any recipe that requires jalapenos- same kind of heat and flavor, but they are much easier to work with.
