I have always been told that red meat is bad for you, this is why I try my best to avoid it but my husband in the other loves meat. A large majority of people in this country have been brought up thinking their red meat needs to be cooked. Our minds have been conditioned to think that it will make us sick if it's not cooked. This makes it that much more difficult to simply start consuming raw meat.
