    Ideally we should be eating our red meat raw. But this only applies if it is grass fed and preferably organic.

    I have always been told that red meat is bad for you, this is why I try my best to avoid it but my husband in the other loves meat. I might have to show him this article, plus he likes to be serve quickly and that his meat be well cooked that I always have to cook his meat in high temperature. Thanks for posting this Clarissa :)

    A large majority of people in this country have been brought up thinking their red meat needs to be cooked. Our minds have been conditioned to think that it will make us sick if it's not cooked. This makes it that much more difficult to simply start consuming raw meat.
